yapımı, dramatik komedi
türündeki bu filmden önce
de Don Juan defalarca
tiyatro sahnelerinde, farklı
oyuncularla hayat buldu;
beyazperdede canlandırıldı.

“La Gitanilla” adlı romanının
esas kızı Gitanilla’ya aşık olan
“Don Juan de Carcamo”’yu
yaratırken, Don Juan
efsanesinden etkilendiği
bilinir. Tanınmış bir İtalyan
yazar olan Carlo Goldoni’nin
de yazdığı oyunlardan birinde
bu ismi kullanarak, efsaneye
gönderme yaptığı söylenir.

Juan met the audience of many
theaters and played by different
actors for several times. With his
rather amusing character and
interesting adventures, he has
always been a great material for
writers. It is known that Cervantes
took inspiration from him in
creating “Don Juan de Carcamo”
who was in love with Gitanilla in
the author’s novel “La Gitanilla”.
It is told that also the well known
Italian author Carlo Goldoni
addressed the character by using
his name in one of the plays he
wrote. With his stories, while Don
Juan provided the inspiration
to many works including plays,
movies and novels, Casanova
as a very well-equipped real
individual who painted his life
with all sorts of colors with
his distinctive perspective,
autobiography and education
level had a real life story.
Giacomo Giralomo Casanova in
fact was not a womanizer as it
is commonly known. Casanova
was born in 1725, to a family
of theatre players. He was only
one year old when his parents
left him with his grandmother
to attend the tour of a play.
Taking his family name not from
his biological father but his
mother’s husband, Casanova
was the eldest of 6 siblings.
