büyülü bir atmosfer yaratılan
müze, ayrıca 14 Şubat
Sevgililer Günü için de özel
bir program hazırlığında.
Aşıklar şehri olarak da anılan
Amasya’da açılan aşk müzesi,
2 ay gibi kısa bir süre içinde
yaklaşık beş bin ziyaretçi
ağırladı. Amasya’nın kendi
topraklarından doğup dillere
destan olan aşk hikâyesinden
yola çıkarak, dünya çapındaki
efsane aşkları da kapsayan;
aşkın her türünü yaşatan bu
müzenin henüz bir eşi ya da
benzeri yok. Kaynağında
“Vahdet-i Vücut” inanışı
olanların yüzlerini dünyevi
aşklardan kendine çeviren ilahi
aşk; Türkiye’nin ilk aşk müzesi
“Amasya Aşıklar Müzesi”nde
tasavvuf öğeleriyle birlikte
canlandırılıyor. Müzenin,
içinde yaşatılan efsane aşklar
ve aşk kavramı dışında bir
özelliği de ‘Amasya Belediyesi
Nikah Dairesi’nde evlenme
talebinde bulunan çiftlerin
eğer isterlerse, nikahlarını
burada kıyabilecek olmaları.
Amaçlarından biri efsane
aşkları yaşatmak olan müzenin
kendi de, ilgi çekici içeriği ve
kendine has özellikleri ile yakın
zamanda efsane olacağa
benziyor. Anlatıldığı ya da
yaşandığı dönemlerden asırlar
sonra bile canlılığını koruyan,
günümüze kadar ulaşıp
kahramanlarının yüreklerimize
dokunduğunu hissettiren
hikâyelere; Türkiye’nin ilk ve tek
aşk müzesine ve daha nice aşk
yolundaki canlara ilham olan
aşk… Kendini aşkına adamış,
maddenin hüküm sürdüğü
dünyada değil, mananın hak
ettiği değeri gördüğü diğer
dünyada kavuşan aşıklar;
kendinden sonrakilere aşkın
ne olduğunu, nasıl yaşanması
gerektiğini ne de güzel
anlatıyorlar.

bir derya… Belki aşkın kendi
başlı başına bir efsane…
Belki de aşık olunanda değil,
aşık olabilende marifet. Aşk
maddeden ayrılınca, ölümsüz
olması da şaşırtmıyor insanı
aslında. Aşığın maşuğunu
içinde araması ve bulmasıyla
çöllere düşmesinin anlatıldığı
bir kavuşamama hikâyesi
olan Leyla ile Mecnun’da
olduğu gibi. Sonunda seven

The love museum established in
Amasya, which is known as the
city of lovers, has attracted five
thousand visitors in just a couple
of months. The museum is one
of a kind and is based on a love
story from its own geography and
encompassing legendary lovers
all over the world where their love
goes on living. Divine life with
its roots in the “Vahdet-i Vücut”
belief turning the faces of those
from worldly love to itself enlivens
with mystic elements at “Amasya
Lovers Museum” which is the first
love museum in Turkey. Another
feature of the museum apart from
the legendary lovers and the
concept of love it encompasses
is that couples who apply to
‘Amasya Municipality Marriage
Office’ can get married there if
they desire. One of the objectives
of the museum is to ensure that
legendary loves survive while
hinting that it will be a legend on
its own with its interesting content
and features of its own. Love that
has been an inspiration to stories
reaching our hearts from many
centuries ago making us feel
that the heroes of these legends
touch our heart; as well as the
first and only love museum along
with many lives spent seeking
love… Lovers who unite not in
the material world but where
the spiritual meaning gets the
acclaim it deserves tell those who
come after them what love is and
how it should be lived…

What you call love is a wide
ocean that opens its arms to
lovers who drill holes in the
mountains, who tread deserts,
who burn and who find the truth
in search of divinity… Maybe it is
a legend in its own right… And
maybe it is not the skill of the
loved one but that of the lover.
Actually it is not surprising that
love becomes immortal when
stripped of materiality. Just like
in the story of Leyla and Mecnun
in which two lovers cannot unite
even after the lover seeking the
loved one inside himself starts
treading deserts. Leyla and
Mecnun is a sad love story at
the end of which the lover and
the loved one unite as “one” in
heaven. The well-known story
of Mecnun realizes the truth that
he should look for his beloved
nowhere but inside himself and
of Leyla who has died with the
love she buried in her heart…
This legend that has a significant
place in Arabic, Persian and
Turkish literature has been
told in many different ways.
However, the best known one is
the masnavi of Fuzuli written in
the 16th century and consisting
of 3036 lines. There are those
who believe that the heroes of
the legend are real people who
have lived in Arabia, as well as
those who think that it is the
best form of imaginative fiction
on divine love. According to the
real story known by everyone,
everything starts when Mecnun,
the son of a tribe chief whose
real name is Kays meets Leyla,
the daughter of another tribe
