Ne canlar yandı aşk uğruna.
Kavuşamayıp efsane
olan nice aşıklar anlatıldı
yüzyıllarca. “Mecnun gibi
çöllere düşmek”, “Ferhat
gibi dağları delmek”, “Kerem
gibi yanmak” deyimlerinin
baş kahramanları, maddeyi
aşıp manaya ulaşanlar, aşk
yolunda büyüyüp “bir” olanlar;
kitaplara, filmlere hatta dizilere
ilham verdiği gibi, bugün
Türkiye’nin ilk aşk müzesi olma
özelliği taşıyan Amasya’daki
“Ferhat ile Şirin Aşıklar
Müzesi”ne de ilham verdi.
Ferhat ile Şirin’in hikâyesinden
yola çıkılarak, Ferhat’ın aşkı
için Elma Dağı’nı delerek açtığı
su kanalının civarına kurulan
müze, yavuklu kültüründen
Romeo ve Juliet’e, ilahi
aşktan halk ozanlarına kadar
her türlü aşkı ziyaretçileriyle
buluşturuyor.
Açıldığı ilk günden itibaren
yalnızca şehir içinden değil,
şehir dışından hatta yurt
dışından ziyaretçilerin akınına
uğrayan müzede tarihteki
büyük aşklar anlatılıyor.
Şirin’ine kavuşmak için köye su
getirmek üzere deldiği dağların
eteklerinde kurulan müze,
aynı zamanda iki sevdalının
birlikte gömüldüğü söylenen
ve aşıklar adına temsili bir
mezar yapılan yerde. Her
bahar mezar başında, biri
kırmızı biri beyaz iki gülün
açtığına ve bu iki gül ne zaman
birbirine kavuşmak üzere
olsa aralarında bir dikenin
büyüdüğü anlatılıyor. Onları
temsil eden maddelerle de olsa
iki aşığın dünya üzerinde hiçbir
şekilde kavuşmayacaklarına
işaret olduğuna inanılıyor.
Hem bölgede “Ferhat Su
Kanalı” olarak bilinen yerin
koruma altına alınmasına,
hem de aşkın her halinin 8 ayrı
What lives have burned for
love. Stories of lovers who
could not come together and
became legends that were told
for centuries. The heroes of the
idioms, “Roaming the deserts
like Mecnun”, “Drilling mountains
like Ferhat”, “Burning like Kerem”
are those who became “one”
on the road of love; they gave
inspiration to books, movies
and even tv series as well as
the “Ferhat and Şirin Lovers
Museum” in Amasya which is the
only museum on love in Turkey
today. The museum has been
established with an inspiration
from the story of Ferhat and Şirin
around the aqueduct that Ferhat
opened by drilling Elma Mountain
for his love and there people can
meet all kinds of love from divine
love to folk singers or to Romeo
and Juliet.
The museum tells of great love
stories in history and has drawn
lots of visitors from abroad and
even foreign countries since it
was first opened. The museum
that has been established on the
foothills of the mountain which
Ferhat drilled a hole in to come
together with his love is where
the two lovers are rumored to
have been buried. It is rumored
that each spring two roses
blossom on the graves, one red
and one white and that a thorn
grows in between these two
roses whenever they are about
to come together. It is believed
that the two lovers can never
come together on this world even
through the items that represent
themselves. The museum serves
to protect the location known as
“Ferhat’s Aqueduct” as well as
displaying each state of love in 8
separate divisions where every
division has a different music
and scent. There are reliefs, 3
dimensional models, objects
and paintings in each division.
The museum has a magical
atmosphere appealing to the 5
senses where individuals can
gain information as well as let
themselves be taken away by
the allure of these legendary
loves where there is a special
program being prepared for
