Silikon Vadisi’nin bitiminde,
Skadarlija ya da diğer adıyla
Skadarska Caddesi başlıyor.
Burası bir zamanlar Belgrad’ın
bohem mahallesiymiş. Vakti
zamanında bütün yazar
çizerler, gazeteciler, sanatçılar
burada takılırmış. Artık tabii
daha turistik bir hal almış.
Yine de bohem izler taşıyan
sanatçı ruhlu kafeler, barlar
ve restoranları ile farklılığını
korumuş görünen bir bölge.
Skadarska’da yer alan
Belgrad’ın meşhur restoranı Tri
Sesira‘ya küçük bir paragraf
açalım. Shopska çorbası ve
Cevapi (kebap) için doğru
yerdesiniz. Skadarlija’daki
restoranlardan bir diğer öne
çıkanı 1963 yılından beri hizmet
veren Zlatni Bokal.
Cevapi köfteler hüpletildiyse
yola devam edebiliriz.
Caddeden yukarıya doğru
çıktığınızda ulaşacağınız,
Knez Mihailova’nın hemen
yakınında bulunan Trg
Republike, yani Cumhuriyet
Meydanı için de Belgrad’ın
Taksim’i diyebiliriz. Meydanın
bir yanında Ulusal Müze, bir
yanında Devlet Tiyatrosu var.
Ortadaki meydanda ise Sırp
Prensi III. Mihailo’nun heykeli.
Kendisi isminin caddeye
verilmesi dışında, Osmanlıların
Sırbistan’daki denetimine
son veren kişiymiş. Bu
yüzden eliyle İstanbul’u işaret

Up until here, I talked about
the classic and rather touristic
places of Belgrade. The tour
I will mention now will enable
you to really experience the
city. A couple of years ago, a
group of students formed the
Belgrade Alternative Guide (www.
belgradealtguide.com) BAG,
so the foreigners who came to
visit the city really see the city
and improve their perception of
the city. The primary goal of the
group is setting a city tour that
blends in with the daily lives of
the locals. Other than being free,
the best part about the tour is, it
provides access to local activities
and routes that w-you can never
find in any book or agencies. The
Group aims that visitors leave
the city with adoration. Students,
who are our volunteer guides,
know their way around the city
pretty good. This way, the people
taking the tour learn places that
even many citizens of Belgrade
do not know about. You can listen
to anecdotes on politics, you
can meet the street performers,
and you could even attend plays,
theatres, and private parties or to
football and basketball games,
